Dental floss
Brushing teeth alone is not enough to have healthy gums and clean teeth. The use of dental floss allows you to clean surfaces that the toothbrush can’t have access (almost 35% of your tooth surfaces).
Do not worry if your gum bleeds early with dental floss; do not force the gum and give it few days to regain its health. If the problem persists, consult your dentist.
If floss fraying during use, there is an edge of a shutter with a filling or a tooth is chipped. Talk to your dentist.
There are several types of dental floss. Your dentist or hygienist will help you to choose the right one.
