DENTAL PROSTHESIS

Full or partial prosthesis are designed to replace missing teeth.

Following impressions and measurements taken in the mouth by a dentist or denturologist, prosthesis are made in the laboratory to replace your missing teeth.

There will be a period of adaptation for chewing and phonation and it can take a few sessions of adjust.

A successful prosthesis is difficult to notice.

There are two types of dental prosthesis:

1. Full acrylic prosthesis: all the teeth are missing.

2. Partial prosthesis that can be acrylic or acrylic and metal. Acrylic partial prosthesis is often used as a temporary prosthesis. The metal partial prosthesis is more stable in the mouth. It’s hygienic, thinner and more comfortable than the acrylic one.

Full prosthesis can be stabilized by mouth implants.

It is recommended to clean your prosthesis after every meal and to remove them at night.
